Brandyn Fisher has a doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University, one of the world leaders in doctoral level training in this field.
He holds Global Professional Tennis Coach Association (GPTCA) Level-B certification. GPTCA is the only certification entity to provide ATP/WTA Certified courses.
Dr. Fisher specializes in coaching elite junior, collegiate, and professional tennis players. He built and directed the mental training programs at three of the top training centers in the country, in which he worked with NCAA All-Americans, USTA National Champions, ITF players, and ATP/WTA players. Here are just a few of these players' accomplishments:
Dr. Fisher spearheads the "ASPire Elite Training Camps", in which he leads the development of programming and curriculum. These camps train players how to approach and excel in elite competition; players learn how to prepare, think, act, and play like a pro.
These camps take place periodically throughout the year and are by invite-only. These are just a few of the camps that were held last year:
Dr. Fisher has served as a sport psychology consultant for several NCAA Division I teams, including soccer, lacrosse, and hockey. Further, he has been instrumental in developing team culture, leadership, and mentoring programs for NCAA coaches, professional coaches, and executive business leaders.

Dave is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer. The NASM is the world-leader in fitness certification and education. He is trained in the ASP model of mental training to go along with years of high performance coaching experience.
Dave Shear has trained and consulted with athletes from tennis, football, basketball, baseball and track and field. He has mentored players from the junior level through the professional ranks, which allows him to effectively assess and design programs that lead players through the developmental pathway. Through Dave's leadership and motivation, his athletes have achieved Division I scholarships and are consistently voted team captains and team leaders.
As a former Law Enforcement Professional with 27 years of experience, his leadership and understanding of how people operate is extremely valuable when working with athletes. Dave understands how to get the most out of his players and build them up physically and mentally, often getting them to overachieve and stretch beyond their self-defined limits.
